These are the questions that come up most often across passage creation, scoring, whole-class collection, and progress monitoring.
Teachers can generate passages by grade band, language, topic, and reading length so the text better matches the classroom goal and the students who will use it.
See Fluency Passage GeneratorYes. The platform supports multilingual passage workflows, including English, Spanish, French, and Mandarin, alongside the grade and duration controls used during passage creation.
See Fluency Passage GeneratorIn ideal recording conditions, our internal metrics show scoring accuracy above 95%, and many teachers report accuracy in that range in typical classroom use. Results can vary depending on background noise, microphone and device quality, and the language being assessed. English generally performs best in good conditions, followed by Spanish, French, and then Mandarin. We are also constantly evaluating the AI model we use and adopting newer advances in AI, so we expect this performance to keep improving over time.
See Reading Fluency ReportsFor a student with a speech or articulation disability, automated scoring should be reviewed by a teacher rather than used on its own for decision-making. Sentence-level playback and manual marking are built in so staff can listen back and catch scoring issues before finalizing the report.
See Reading Fluency ReportsYes. Group Reading Sessions are built to compress a one-by-one oral reading process into a faster classwide workflow, making regular fluency checks easier to repeat.
See Group Reading SessionsTeachers launch a room, share a join code, collect student reads in one shared workflow, and then review each submission from the same organized teacher-side queue.
See Group Reading SessionsThe Reading Fluency Tracker helps teachers keep WCPM, reading accuracy, benchmark history, progress-monitoring checks, and follow-up notes in one place so student growth is easier to review over time.
